Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illnesses or diseases. Please enjoy our services with caution and consult health professionals beforehand.

Please notify us in advance if you have any allergies to the products we may be using, as well as if you have hair accessories (extensions, wigs, braids, weaves, etc.) that may become loose, tangled, or damaged during the head spa treatment. Relux Head Spa is not responsible for fixing or replacing any hair accessories or previous styling in the case of an issue. Additionally, if you have any wounds, scars, bruises, etc. on/around your head, face, and neck area, please let us know.

Our appointment policies are as such:

• - Late Policy
• - We will allow a 15 minute grace period before we invalidate your appointment.
• - Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
• - Please try to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• - No-show Policy
• - We will not apply any extra charges for no-shows, but please kindly follow the cancellation/rescheduling policy.
