No. There is no need to wash your hair before your visit. Your head spa service includes a thorough scalp cleansing and deep conditioning treatment designed to fully refresh your hair and scalp.
We recommend removing non-permanent jewelry and watches for your comfort and to enhance your experience, as most head spa sessions include massage on the arms, neck, and shoulders. While not mandatory, it is highly suggested.

Yes, you can. However, we recommend scheduling your head spa before dyeing your hair. If you’ve recently dyed your hair, it’s best to wait a few days before coming in, as fresh color needs time to fully set and a head spa too soon may affect color retention.
As a head spa, our focus is on scalp care and relaxation, rather than hair styling or loc maintenance.
During your service, we can gently cleanse and condition the surface of dreadlocks. However, we do not provide deep washing, separation, retwisting, detangling, or maintenance for locs.
